Defective Product: Will be replaced within 15 days of sale. It is necessary to obtain a return authorization number from Brand Name Kitchenware before returning any merchandise. Brand Name Kitchenware will issue instructions for return of defective merchandise. Replacements will not be issued until defective unit is returned. Brand Name Kitchenware will ship replacement at no additional cost.
Non Defective Returns: Only product in new condition and in original decorative packaging will be accepted for credit or exchange. All returns must be pre-authorized and a return auhorization number will be assigned and you will be notified of shipping address. Customer pays 2-way freight (out and back) and a 20% restocking fee. Credit cards are not credited until product is received back and inspected.
Shipping Damaged Product: Will be replaced as soon as shipping claim is resolved. Contact customer service to initiate damage claim. Brand Name Kitchenware will ship replacement at no additional cost.
